Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel, Mullion
My client, based in Mullion near Helston, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their expanding kitchen team. The hotel offers extensive leisure and spa facilities, a stunning location, and provides an all-round luxury experience to its guests.
You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and assist in leading the brigade in the Head Chef's absence. A strong and steady Rosette background in similar establishments is essential.
Responsibilities
* Maintain quality and standards reflecting the company's reputation
* Demonstrate excellent service and culinary skills at all times
* Organise and supervise stock rotation to minimise wastage
* Ensure proper dating and labelling of produce
* Maintain high hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations
* Work in accordance with the Food Safety Act, Health and Safety Regulations, and Licensing laws
This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of £29,250 plus tips.
