Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Consultant to lead the development of their HR function and ensure its fully equipped to support their expanding, creative, and fast-paced business. The Role As Senior HR Consultant, youll play a key role in shaping a people strategy that supports innovation and excellence across multidisciplinary teams. Youll work closely with senior leaders to strengthen HR frameworks, embed best practices, and create an environment where their people can thrive. Key Responsibilities Embed an HR strategy aligned with the business strategy. Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and people processes to support scalability. Partner with leadership on organisational design and capability development. Champion employee engagement, culture, and performance management initiatives. Lead or support change management projects during business transformation. Provide expert advice on employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. About You Proven experience as a Senior HR professional or consultant, ideally within acommercialenvironment. Track record of building and transforming HR functions in growing organisations. Strong understanding of organisational design, culture development, and change management. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
