We are recruiting Night Care Support Workers to join a 5-Star Residential Care Home in Rustington, West Sussex
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers, although full training is provided for those looking to develop their career in care.
Shift Pattern (Set Rotas)
1. Week 1: Saturday & Sunday nights
2. Week 2: Monday, Wednesday & Saturday nights
3. Hours: 8:pm – 8:am
Night Care Support Worker Pay & Enhancements
4. £. per hour
5. £1. per hour enhancement from 8:pm – 7:am
About the Night Care Support Worker Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with:
6. Physical Disabilities
7. Huntington’s Disease
8. Cerebral Palsy
9. Brain Injuries
Duties include:
10. Personal care and daily living support
11. Administering medication
12. Supporting mealtimes
13. Encouraging independence
14. Supporting social and community activities
You will work as part of a friendly, experienced team in a warm, homely environment.

15. Previous care experience preferred but not essential
