CNC Programmer / Operator – Fanuc OT Control 📍 Full-time | Monday–Friday | Early Friday Finish Up to £20ph DOE Laboris Solutions are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator to join our clients growing team operating CNC lathes with Fanuc OT control. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work rather than repetitive production runs. You’ll be producing small batch precision components (typically 50–100 parts) across a wide range of different jobs, giving you the opportunity to use your programming knowledge and problem-solving skills daily. Most programmes are already written, so the role involves editing, adjusting and optimising existing programmes, as well as setting and running machines efficiently. You’ll mainly be machining stainless steel, along with brass and aluminium. Alongside machining responsibilities, you will also help manage material stock levels, ensuring materials are ordered and available using a just-in-time approach to keep production running smoothly.
