Overview
This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced PA/Project Administrator to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Support the company Directors across the business with admin tasks, diary and travel management, meeting note-taking, and general project administration.
* Assist the finance team with bookkeeping and financial administration as required.
* Coordinate daily project administration, ensuring permits, passes, RAMs, and other necessary paperwork are in place for installation teams to operate in a timely manner.
* Support project delivery with additional administrative duties and help establish and implement effective agency-wide processes and project governance guidelines.
* Be involved in larger projects such as ISO applications and contribute to smoother daily operations and cohesive team work.
Qualifications
* Dynamic, highly organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Solid PA/Administration background; experience within construction or graphics environments is desirable.
* Full knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be office-based 5 days a week.
