Marcilly Recruitment’s highly successful property client is looking for a Team Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful Team Assistant will be someone who is personable, loyal and excellent at multitasking.
Salary: £45K - £55K DOE
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30
Location: Central London – four days in the office 1 day WFH
Start date: ASAP but will wait for a notice period

Team Assistants duties include:
\t
* Day-to-day diary management for the senior members of the investment team
\t
* Liaising with internal and external parties to co-ordinate meetings and client presentations
\t
* Event planning - both internal and external
\t
* Support with office management and meeting and greeting visitors
\t
* Client gifting and marketing initiatives
\t
* Partner expenses and finance management
\t
* Assisting in company marketing materials, company newsletter and social media
Team Assistant requirements:
\t
* Min 3 years Team Assistant experience in a similar industry
\t
* Highly organised and capable of working to tight deadlines
\t
* Exceptional attention to detail whilst always maintaining the highest standards
\t
* Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and independence
\t
* Be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion
\t
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
\t
* Strong educational background is highly desirable
