The Role After an exceptional performance across all our global offices this year, we are now looking to expand our team with ambitious graduates this summer at our London HQ. To date, we count many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharma, and CROs as our partners, and we are now looking for Graduates or Trainees who want to work directly with clients like these. Graduate Recruitment Consultant Start date: Summer 2026 Location: City of London Salary: £26,000 uncapped commission from day one What Does This Role Involve? Discovering and headhunting high-calibre candidates for mid-senior level and retained roles. Business development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally. This is a client-facing role with a lot of autonomy. You’ll be responsible not only for bringing in and attracting clients, but also for managing accounts once they are onboarded. Managing the entire candidate journey. That's everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to providing interview feedback, negotiating offers, and delivering outcomes.
