You will be required to work various shifts and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Protect the public and help to keep the prison environment safe.
* Build constructive, positive and professional relationships with offenders at all levels of need.
* Work as part of a team to support colleagues and maintain safety and security within the establishment.
* Carry out a range of roles in a single day, including peacekeeping, counselling and teaching activities as required.
* Work directly with prisoners in a unique environment to help protect the public and support their rehabilitation.
