Contracts Administrator – Temp to Perm
Within our Grounds Maintenance Department.
Location: EAGLE HOUSE, CC COUSINS
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
SALARY: £25,500 (12.26 per hour)
Start Date: Immediate
Minimum length of temp: 3 months - To go permanent.

Due to continued growth within our Ground Maintenance Department and several successful tender wins, CC Cousins is expanding our team with the addition of a Ground Maintenance Administrator.

CC Cousins is a leading facilities maintenance provider for the commercial and retail sectors. Our services cover everything from plumbing solutions and roofing, to full building fabric maintenance, ground maintenance, groundworks, and electrical solutions.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing department, providing essential administrative support to the Ground Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Ground Maintenance Department
 * Managing and updating job records and service data
 * Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
 * Assisting with scheduling, data entry, and reporting
 * General office duties as required
Skills & Experience Required:
 * Previous administrative experience, ideally within a maintenance or service-based environment
 * Experience using CRM systems (Joblogic knowledge is an advantage)
 * Strong Excel and Outlook skills
 * Good numerical ability and attention to detail
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills
