About the role
We are looking for a Domestic Services Assistant to join our team at Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill in Hampshire.
This modern, spacious site near Chandler’s Ford brings together three connected services:
Otterbourne Court: Personalised nursing and dementia care, plus planned and emergency respite Otterbourne Mews: Dementia‑friendly apartments for individuals and couples Otterbourne Club: A community hub offering activities, facilities and social opportunities
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have previous cleaning or domestic work experience outside your own home and a flexible, reliable approach. Most importantly, you’ll bring a caring and respectful attitude towards older people.
Key responsibilities
Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene Protecting residents’ dignity and privacy during cleaning tasks Monitoring and safely storing cleaning materials Raising any hazards or maintenance needs Following COSHH, Health & Safety guidance and Brendoncare policies
