We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to step into a Dual-Registered Manager role, leading two small homes that make a big difference in the lives of our children.
As a Dual Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of children in our care. Working closely with a supportive operations team, you will:
* Ensure our homes meet and exceed the Children's Homes Regulations and quality standards.
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
* Deliver exceptional care and support that empowers children to overcome challenges and thrive.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to drive continuous improvement.
* Work and support in a DDP approach- A trainer from the DDP network will give training.
This is an excellent opportunity for anexperienced Home Manager looking to take the next step.
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Apprenticeship for Children, Young People (or NVQ equivalent)
Desired: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards it)
Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager in a children's care setting
Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations
Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
A caring, empathetic, and resilient approach
