Job Overview
The main focus of the role is to bring on board companies whose websites have job seekers who can apply for our customers jobs.
We pay them every time someone clicks to apply for a job and are targeted based on how many of those clicks lead to people applying for the jobs.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Primarily emailing or sending social media contacts to website owners that can provide job seeker traffic
* You ll be requesting that we can publish our jobs for free and offering to pay them for the clicks they send to the jobs
* The role will focus on building, managing and nurturing new partners so that they provide great value for money to our network partners.
* You will also, once trained, receive a portfolio of existing clients to maintain and grow
* Business level English is essential, additionally, other European languages such as, but not limited to German, French, Dutch and Polish would be an asset but not essential
* At times you may be asked to represent Jobg8 by attending industry conferences to secure new business as well as meet with and nurture existing relationships
* Longer term you will be trained in approaching customers who wish to advertise jobs with us, but this could be over a year away
Essential:
* Your background could be in the following, however other backgrounds will be considered, with the right skill set: Business Development, Buying, Procurement, New Business Sales.
* Happy working up to C-level.
* Happy to be proactively approaching organisations to buy products which they are not specifically advertising as their product offering
* English to Business Level
* Proficient IT skills: Typing, MS Office,
Desirable:
* Other languages
* An interest in technology and websites
* Recruitment knowledge
* Understanding of the Job Board industry

* Excellent time management and planning skills
Training: Full Training will be provided, this is not a role you can learn overnight, it will take perseverance to learn the industry and products, but we are willing to take the time to invest in the right person.
