We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our office team. No prior experience is necessary — full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration and grow with a supportive company.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
* Scheduling appointments and keeping diaries up to date.
* Assisting with quotes, invoices, and other office paperwork.
* Maintaining organised records (both digital and paper-based).
* Ordering supplies and supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
* Providing general admin support to the wider team.
What We're Looking For
* Reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
* Confident with basic computer use (training will cover everything else you need to know).
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
No previous office or admin experience is required — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
