As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the People Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth, professional recruitment and onboarding experience for new starters, managers, and agency partners.
Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer stage to first day, including contracts, background checks and right-to-work verification.
• Organise and deliver weekly Day One induction sessions for new starters.
• Manage equipment orders, ID setup, and liaise with managers regarding new starter assets.
• Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition tracker and documentation accurately.
• Support third-party agencies and manage internal recruitment approvals.
• Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes to drive efficiency.
