The Role
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will help plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and high-quality leads. From digital content to event coordination, this role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Create compelling content, including blogs, case studies and whitepapers
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing with business goals
* Manage email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation and automation
* Oversee paid media campaigns (PPC, social, retargeting) to boost lead generation
* Maintain and optimise website content with SEO best practices
* Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics
* Support event planning and execution, including webinars and trade shows
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role within software, SaaS or tech
* Strong grasp of B2B marketing, inbound strategies and account-based marketing
* Confident content creator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Canva, and marketing automation platforms
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

This is a remote-first role, with trips into the office every month or so (often less). You can, however, work from the office as often as you like. The office is easily commutable from Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire.
