The Role :
* As a Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of contentious trust and probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and contested estates.
* You will represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and negotiation.
* This role requires a comprehensive understanding of trust and probate law, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements :
* Possess or be working towards an ACTAPS qualification (preferred), showcasing a commitment to specialization in contentious probate law.
* Exhibit a high level of enthusiasm and dedication, with a proactive approach to work and an eagerness to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the team.
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage complex legal matters.
