Friendly and dynamic Mayfair Private Equity Team are looking for a switched on, ambitious and professional PA to support the CEO. You would be based from their small but beautiful Mayfair office. A meaty and varied role for someone who has a broad skill set and at least 5 years' experience, is looking to grown in their next role and take on more responsibility including Marketing. There is also some international travel with the team to attend Investor Trips and meet Clients. Your role would include; diary and travel management, inbox management, research, preparing presentations, some team support, office management, organising Events and ad hoc private PA work for the CEO. In addition there will be some Marketing, Client liaising and Project Management. As well as being an extremely organised and efficient Assistant you will have the confidence and acumen to engage with international Clients and Investors. You would be part of a warm and dynamic culture where a sense of humour and down to earth personality would fit well.
