Job Title: Finance Support Co-ordinator Job Types: Part time (open to full time) Job length: Temporary position Salary: £12.21 per hour - £13.40 per hour Location: Hull An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Co-ordinator to join a well established FMCG Manufacturing business based in Hull on a temporary basis. The client has sites across the UK and internationally. Due to the continuous growth the role has become available to support the Finance Manager ensuring the smooth running of all Finance functions, and support the development and day to day running of the business whilst maintaining the companies values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Be responsive to the customer’s needs and demonstrate clear written and verbal communication to internal and external customers. • Ability to deal with all levels of people both internally and externally. • Able to complete records, documentation and forms as required in order to ensure adequate documentation of activities are in place. • Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financials. • Match and process invoices/credit notes to purchase orders/delivery notes, enter onto ERP system (Navision), then pass to relevant manager for authorisation. • Enter BACs payment details onto RBS system, obtain management authorisation and print supplier remittance advice, then e-mail to each supplier. • Enter cleared bank payments and receipts onto ERP system (Navision) and reconcile banks. • Update daily exchange rates across all systems. • Maintain monthly hours worked spreadsheet. • Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain good organisational skills.
