Job Opportunity
Marie Curie is excited to announce an opening within our Innovation Income & Engagement Directorate. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Fundraising Relationship Coordinator. We are looking for an outgoing and personable candidate who excels in building relationships and providing exceptional support to our fundraising supporters.
Responsibilities
1. Supporter-Led Fundraising: Provide comprehensive support to our fundraising supporters, including those organizing coffee mornings, quizzes, and other events. Offer guidance on maximizing their fundraising efforts through outbound calls and emails.
2. Stewardship: Maintain excellent stewardship by communicating regularly with supporters, understanding their needs, and providing necessary resources to help them succeed.
3. Community and National Events Support: Collaborate with community fundraising teams and national events teams across the UK to provide consistent and effective support.
4. High-Value Supporters: Identify high-value supporters and transition them seamlessly to local support teams for personalized engagement.
5. Reporting: Produce detailed reports on the performance and activity of event participants across the UK.
Key Criteria
* Experience in a customer-facing fundraising role, whether paid or voluntary.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM packages.

* Salary: per annum
* Contract: Permanent, 35 hours/week
* Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week in Edinburgh Office, 3 days at home)
