Your new role
A respected, property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its established Nottingham team. The organisation is known for delivering expert advisory, technical, and project‑led services across commercial, public sector, and microenvironmental portfolios.
Working as part of a collaborative and highly skilled surveying team, the successful candidate will support a diverse range of instructions including technical due diligence, condition surveys, defect analysis, planned maintenance, contract administration, and refurbishment projects.
