Email Marketing Executive – Saïd Business School, University of Oxford
Grade 6: £35,681–£41,636 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,730.
Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week).
Responsibilities
* Support the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
* Assist in the creation of accurate audience segments for targeted campaigns using Salesforce data tools.
* Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content and layouts.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
* Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep our email marketing strategy fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
• Proven hands‑on experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data management and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication skills for crafting engaging email content.
• A keen eye for detail, strong organisational abilities to manage multiple campaigns and a solid knowledge of GDPR and email marketing compliance.
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK (this position may not meet the points‑based immigration system threshold).
