Your new role will include supporting pupils in KS2 in Years 5 and 6 as they prepare to transition to Key Stage 3. You may be required to take small groups outside the classroom for intervention work and provide support throughout the year in assessments and bridging curriculum gaps. You will be engaging in and monitoring behaviour in a variety of ways and adhere to school policies. You will be ensuring pupil engagement and use / provide resource materials to suit attainment needs. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. What you will need to succeed.
