Reporting to the Organisational Development Business Partner, this role will support and deliver a broad portfolio of organisational development initiatives across culture, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, performance development and employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple people initiatives, turning ideas into practical solutions that strengthen culture, capability and colleague engagement.
Responsibilities
* Culture & Organisational Development: Support the delivery of organisational development initiatives that strengthen Reassured’s culture and ways of working.
* Culture & Organisational Development cont.: Contribute to culture change programmes and initiatives that support high performance and inclusive leadership.
* Culture & Organisational Development cont.: Help translate people strategy into practical tools, resources and interventions for managers and teams.
* Performance Development: Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Reassured’s performance development approach.
* Performance Development cont.: Help create practical guidance, tools and resources that support meaningful performance conversations.
* Performance Development cont.: Work with managers to promote a culture of feedback, growth and development.
* Performance Development cont.: Lead a review and refresh of the performance management process and system to engage and motivate team members to take accountability for their own performance and to build people leader capability in creating a high-performance culture in core teams
* Project Support & Delivery: Coordinate and support the delivery of varied organisational development projects across the business.
* Project Support & Delivery cont.: Track progress, gather feedback and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.
* Project Support & Delivery cont.: Collaborate with colleagues across Team People and the wider business to ensure successful outcomes.
* Employee Experience: Support initiatives that enhance the end-to-end colleague experience, from onboarding through to career development and offboarding.
* Employee Experience cont.: Work with colleagues across Team People to turn insights into meaningful actions that improve everyday employee experience.
* Employee Experience cont.: Use data and insights that inform OD strategies and measure effectiveness
* Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: Contribute to the delivery of Reassured’s ED&I priorities and initiatives.
* Equity, Diversity & Inclusion cont.: Support the development of inclusive practices, resources and learning opportunities for managers and teams.
* Equity, Diversity & Inclusion cont.: Assist in analysing diversity data and insights to help inform continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
More than anything, we are looking for someone who is passionate about people, culture and organisational development.
You will ideally bring:
* Experience in organisational development, people development, HR or employee experience roles
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Curiosity and interest in culture, wellbeing, ED&I and people development
* The ability to analyse and interpret people data and insights
* A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
* Influencing and relationship building
* Ability to work in high volume / high pressure environments.
