Join a high-performing and well-established London Commercial Valuation team as a Director, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, elevating client service, and leading a talented group of valuation professionals. Acting as deputy to the team lead, you'll oversee a team of 12 and take the lead on national key client relationships.
You'll deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties-while championing service excellence and commercial success.
What you’ll be doing
* Spearheading business development efforts and seizing cross-selling opportunities across the wider firm.
* Nurturing a high-performance culture where your team is inspired to grow their networks and win new business.
* Taking full ownership of client relationships and driving the delivery of high-quality valuation work.
* Supporting the strategic direction of the team while enjoying real autonomy to innovate and lead.
What we’re looking for
* A commercially astute leader with a proven track record in business development and people management.
* Deep expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly for loan security and financial reporting purposes.
* Proficiency in valuation tools such as KEL and Argus.
* Someone with entrepreneurial energy and a passion for growing a team and service line.
