Working Hours & Benefits:
* This is a full-time, year-round position | 52 weeks per year
* Term time: 8:00am – 6:00pm
* School holidays: 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised School Secretary to join a team and provide a welcoming front-of-house service. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent support to staff, pupils, and visitors.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for the school, you will:
* Greet and assist visitors, parents, and pupils
* Manage incoming calls and emails
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
* Maintain pupil attendance records
* Administer first aid and manage medical supplies
* Support school events, trips, and facility bookings
You will be part of a busy office team, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Flexibility, discretion, and a proactive attitude are essential.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in office administration
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
* A calm, professional manner and attention to detail
* A genuine interest in working with children and young people
* A Paediatric First Aid qualification and experience in a school setting are desirable but not essential
