proposals, and an ever-increasing pipeline of exciting projects
, we are now looking to expand our team with a chartered
Architect / Architectural Technologist.
The candidate will need to be a qualified Architect (ARB) or Architectural Technologist (CIAT) with experience taking projects from a first initial consultation through the Planning and Building Regulations process.
Key Responsibilities:
●
Lead and contribute to the design and technical development of projects from concept through to completion.
●
Familiar with the UK Planning process, with local planning policy knowledge being preferable
●
Produce high-quality drawings, specifications, and detailed construction packages.
●
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
●
Manage planning and building regulation submissions.
●
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Skills & Experience:
●
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an Architect (ARB registered) or Architectural Technologist (MCIAT preferred).
●
Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
●
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication and project management skills.
●
Experience taking projects from initial consultation through to completion.
