Position
We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team.
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our valued customers, ranging from individual, influential schools to large Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) of 40+ schools. You'll act as their main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met, identifying opportunities to add value, and confidently upselling where appropriate.
You will build strong, long-term relationships and position yourself as a trusted adviser to your clients. This will involve gathering feedback, holding regular review meetings, and gaining a deep understanding of each organisation's strategic priorities, challenges, and growth plans.
