Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding.
* Medication administration.
* Assisting and engaging residents in daily activities, hobbies, or outings.
* Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures.
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents.
* Maintaining written daily records.
* Attending and completing required training.
Personal Attributes
Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player, and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Spencer Place, opened spring 2021, is a new‑build two‑storey home providing care and support for 10 adult males with mental health needs and other conditions such as autism. The location features garden areas for socialising and leisure activities. The building is fully wheelchair accessible, and the home is situated near Chichester, with nearby train stations in Nutbourne and Bosham, a bus stop outside the front door, and its own transport for trips and outings.
