Management Accountant

We're partnering with a fast-paced, growing SME in Bedford to hire a Management Accountant into a broad and hands-on role with real visibility across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to operations, adding value beyond the numbers, and playing a key role in supporting business growth.
The Role:
Production of monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary
Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
Budgeting and forecasting support
Variance analysis and performance reporting
Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
Supporting process improvements and driving efficiencies
What We're Looking For:
Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Strong management accounts experience within an SME or fast-paced environment
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to work closely with stakeholders
Good Excel skills and systems awareness
