Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of our organisational learning strategy.
* Oversee the L&D team and ensure compliance with sector standards.
* Drive innovation in training design and delivery, including digital learning solutions.
* Collaborate with operational leaders to embed learning into everyday practice.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of training to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of care sector training requirements, along with a track record of implementing innovative, person‑centred learning solutions that make a measurable impact.
* Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training within health or social care settings.
* Confidence in leading and evolving an L&D function to align with organisational goals and regulatory standards.
* A strategic mindset combined with hands‑on experience in training delivery and leadership development.
* A collaborative approach that inspires engagement and builds trust across teams.
* Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) – knowledge of Your Hippo is a real advantage.
* A genuine passion for nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
