About the role: You’ll be based in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and preference, supporting the class teacher with day-to-day learning and helping individual pupils or small groups who need a bit of extra input. There’s scope to get involved in phonics, literacy interventions, maths support, and wider classroom enrichment activities. If you’ve got a particular interest in SEND or pastoral care, the school’s keen to support your development—and they love TAs who take initiative and bring their own ideas to the table.
