Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Fixed Term

About the Role:
* Support teaching and learning in the classroom, with small groups, and in 1:1 sessions
* Help develop engaging learning resources and tailored strategies for individual needs
* Work closely with the class teacher to support all pupils, particularly those with additional needs
* Promote pupils’ welfare, emotional wellbeing, and social development
About You:
We are seeking someone who is:
* A great communicator, able to build positive relationships with children
* Calm, caring, and consistent in their approach
* Passionate about inclusive education and supporting children from all backgrounds
* A team player who’s eager to learn and share ideas
* Reliable, proactive, and able to use their initiative
* Interested in developing a career in education (ideal for aspiring teachers or SEN professionals)
