Chef Manager
Location: Blackberry Court, Streethay, Lichfield
Salary: £30,245 per annum
Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Chef Manager for our new Retirement Communities Service at Blackberry Court, Lichfield.

Role Responsibilities:
* Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise a team including a Chef and Catering Assistants
* Design and prepare menus catering to individual needs and dietary restrictions
* Oversee stock, wastage, and ensure professional standards within budget
* Manage Food Safety System and team compliance
* Handle documentation, audits, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Chef, Catering Manager, or Head Cook in similar settings
* Knowledge of menu planning and costing
* Experience in risk assessments and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
* Leadership experience in busy kitchen environments
* Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
