Key Responsibilities
* Win new business, grow existing accounts, and drive customer retention.
* Build and execute strategic sales plans using market and customer insights.
* Act as the main contact for national accounts, ensuring excellent service and long‑term partnerships.
* Collaborate across the business to enhance services and market position.
* Use CRM and data analytics to optimise sales activity and forecast trends.
* Stay alert to market changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Monitor customer satisfaction through tools like NPS and feedback systems.
* Report on performance, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven success in B2B sales or data security services, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Skilled in strategic planning, relationship building, and CRM‑driven sales.
* Familiarity with Miller Heiman methods is an advantage.
* Ethical, motivated, and aligned with sustainability and integrity values.
* Eligible to work in the UK, with a clean record and full driving licence.
