Role includes: Providing practical daily support. Supporting people living with dementia to safely access the community and enjoy social activities. Assisting with meals, routines, and light household tasks. Providing companionship and emotional support. Maintaining clear care records and communications with the wider care team.
About you: Previous care experience required, compassionate and reliable, strong communication skills. Driving licence essential.
