Job Profile
One of the UK’s leading Loss Adjusters are now looking to strengthen their Commercial Property Desktop team and are looking for an experienced Bordereaux Claims Administrator where you will allocate, monitor, handle and authorise claims as well as managing claims through to settlement including payment management and MI reporting.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create, check and manage the TPA bordereaux MI and provide reconciliation of payments, incoming fund in line with SLA’s
2. Validate payments.
3. Produce MI for clients
4. Identify and resolve any data inaccuracies.
5. Ensure money laundering documentation matches payment requests
6. Liaise with Adjusters
7. Monitor funds requesting top-up funds when low
8. Review, check and validate month end bank statements
9. Manage workloads within the team to ensure workload is distributed evenly.
Applicant Requirements
10. Experience in producing Lloyds MI and fund management information.
11. Good IT skills and experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables and formula creation.
12. Attention to detail
13. Customer and quality focused, providing exceptions service levels
14. Team and target focused
15. Claims Handling experience – advantageous
16. Excellent communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
17. up to £35k per annum
18. hybrid or can be home-based
19. Hours – Monday to Friday with flexible hours 37.5 per week.
