Main Responsibilities Provide support and maintenance for business applications (ERP M3, CODE IT, etc.) Manage and support M3 / CODE IT interfaces Administer M3 access management and user authorisations Maintain and apply knowledge of the M3 data structure Participate in application-related IT projects Apply a good understanding of business processes to application support and improvements Coordinate with external suppliers and consultants for application solutions Perform functional and technical analyses in close collaboration with users, internal and external project resources, and IT colleagues Identify recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions Provide second-line support to ERP users Provide support outside office hours, including on-call duty when required Secondary Responsibilities Support the EDI solution Provide backup support for IT systems Manage IT-related purchasing activities Act as backup for absent colleagues Support industrial / operational technology (OT) weighing and labelling devices and printers Review and refine problem definitions and manage user expectations Follow up on testing activities and checks prior to go-live Provide support for network and systems infrastructure as required Provide IT support for industrial and operational technology (OT) equipment and plant IT systems General Competencies Expected Ability to analyse problems effectively and propose or implement appropriate solutions Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, including: Situation assessment: break down problems, identify causes and symptoms, explore possible solutions, identify root causes, validate sources, and ask relevant questions to clarify issues Action: implement agreed solutions and ensure proper follow-up Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience Very good command of English (written and spoken) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Team-oriented mindset Positive and proactive attitude Please note this role is onsite and on call duties are required on rotation basis.
