Wood is recruiting for Senior Project Engineers to support the delivery of engineering capital projects at our client site in Ware, England. This is a site-based position, open to both permanent staff and contractors (outside IR35), working at the client's facility.
Responsibilities
Our Senior Project Engineers work closely with the client to deliver capital projects from concept to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, external designers, vendors, and contractors. The role requires flexibility and involves projects related to infrastructure, building upgrades, and new production lines within Respiratory and Oral Solid Dose streams.

Qualifications

* Degree in Engineering or related field.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards and risk mitigation in design.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing work packages.
* Ability to review vendor documents and manage change processes.
* Understanding of GxP and ALCOA principles.
* Experience with project progress monitoring and issue resolution.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with manufacturing equipment, HVAC, medical devices, or packaging.
* Scheduling, budgeting, and procurement experience.
* Full project lifecycle delivery experience including validation.
