The role
HR Subject Matter Expert / HR Project Analyst
Bristol/Flexible
6 month Fixed Term Contract, Part Time

Here at Imperial Brands we have an exciting opportunity for an HR subject matter expert to join Group IT in a Project Analyst capacity. In this global role you will work alongside the Programme manager, IT HRBP and IT Leadership team on the planning and implementation of the Global IT Operating Model Programme. Your main focus will be to support the HR workstream of the programme and all related activities.
Key accountabilities
* Maintenance of a detailed HR workstream project plan and associated activities such as risk log or stakeholder maps
* Support the creation of a new capability framework & career pathing framework to support the future state Operating Model
* Engagement with the Reward team and People Leaders for benchmarking activities.
* Creation of materials in line with employee relations requirements and engagement with the wider, global HR network to coordinate and implement any employee relations activities
* Input and support the development of programme related communications.
* Creation and on-going maintenance of HR/employee documentation related to the programme
* Other Op Model related projects as required.
Skills & experience
* Previous experience in an HR environment is essential
* Proven ability to work at pace with the ability to multitask effectively and work proactively.
* Strong organisational and communication skills; ability to deal with senior stakeholders
* Previous HR project management experience is desirable.
What we offer
The role starts as a 6 months part time secondment, with the opportunity to increase to full time based on the progress of the programme. There is also an opportunity to extend the secondment to 12 months.
