Overview
The People Operations Manager will oversee key human resources functions, ensuring smooth operational processes and seamless employee service. This role is based in Bicester and requires a strategic approach to managing HR systems and supporting organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective people processes, designed to drive efficiency
* Work with teams based across Europe and serve as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries
* Line management of one direct report and dotted line of several HR Advisors based in other countries
* Supervise the execution of employee lifecycle changes
* Develop communication channels across the wider people team in order to deliver a well rounded service to stakeholders
* Ensure People compliance is accurate across multiple countries
Profile
A successful People Operations Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a People Operations role.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems and data management practices.
* A solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage diverse HR functions.
* Effective communication abilities to collaborate across departments.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
