Role Requirements: Lead technical delivery and mentor junior researchers.
Conduct advanced research in AI/ML and statistical signal processing.
Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and demonstrators.
Produce high-quality technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams on cutting-edge topics.
Skills & Experience: PhD (or equivalent industry experience) in a relevant discipline.
Extensive post-doctoral experience applying AI/ML to time-series or sequential data.
Strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Proven ability to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable: experience in areas such as radar, EW, RF, sensor fusion, autonomy, or signal processing.
