Senior HR Advisor | Hospitality We're partnering with a fast-paced, people-driven hospitality business to find a Senior HR Advisor to join their growing People team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business. You'll play a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality people experience across multiple sites, working closely with managers and partnering with the wider People team to support performance, engagement and culture. What you'll be doing Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing day-to-day HR guidance across employee relations, performance and people matters. Manage end-to-end ER cases, carrying out investigations and supporting fair, timely and pragmatic outcomes. Support and upskill managers through coaching and training, building confidence in handling people issues. Partner with HR Business Partners to embed effective, compliant HR practices across sites. Use people data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making and feed into the wider People strategy. Maintain accurate HR systems, case logs and reporting for leadership. About you An experienced HR professional with strong generalist and ER experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
