Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 DOE Working Hours: Flexible, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday The Role: We are looking for an experienced Fettler to join a busy fabrication team. You will be responsible for finishing, grinding, and preparing fabricated components to a high standard, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity are maintained. Key Duties: •Grinding, polishing, and finishing fabricated metal components •Removing excess material and sharp edges from welds and castings •Inspecting components for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards •Preparing components for painting, assembly, or further processing •Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently •Maintaining a clean and safe working environment •Reporting any production or quality issues to supervisors Key Requirements: •Proven experience as a Fettler or in a similar fabrication role •Strong attention to detail and quality •Ability to work safely and efficiently •Reliable and professional approach to work •Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred What’s on Offer: •Full-time, permanent role •Flex...
