Responsibilities Manage all daily operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to the business and brand ambassador for the company. Guide and support team members in resolving fieldwork issues, including technical matters. Assist where needed in certain HR related support functions. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, internal policies, and workplace safety standards. Ensure a satisfying customer experience through reliable processes and fast issue resolution. Execute operational activities in accordance with budget, policies, and commercial decisions approved by the Director.
