Position Summary:
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization. This is a Nursing Service position that provides delivery of patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Nurse. RN new graduates must have a temporary license in the state of Utah and be in their last semester of a nursing program. The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Qualifications:
* Associates degree preferred
* Must have a current valid Utah nursing license, a compact state license, or Utah apprentice RN License
* Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
