Responsibilities:
1. Supervise lessons across a range of subjects
2. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
3. Support students with their learning during cover lessons
4. Report back to teaching staff on student progress
Requirements:
5. Previous experience working with young people (school setting preferred)
6. Strong classroom management skills
7. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
8. A genuine passion for education
