Graduate Account Manager
Location: Nottingham (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a Graduate Account Manager with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to progress quickly. No sales experience is required — just the right attitude and some customer-facing experience.
The Role:
As a Graduate Account Manager, you will act as the key middle person between clients, internal departments, and logistics partners. This is a varied, people-focused role with lots of cross-departmental communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing client relationships
* Preparing and coordinating quotes for clients
* Liaising with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Acting as a main point of contact for customer queries
* Learning how logistics solutions support businesses that transport goods
Requirements:
* A minimum 2:1 degree from university (essential – applications without this cannot be progressed)
* At least 6 months of customer-facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, call centre)
* No sales experience required
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A motivated, enthusiastic, and professional approach
* Ability to start ASAP
