Overview
Ensure all PPMs within your skillset are up to date at all times in conjunction with Helpdesk by closing off tasks on your PDA. Ensure all remedial work within your skillset is reacted to and carried out within the contract requirement times. If required assist in ensuring all subcontractors are rigorously managed at all times whilst on site in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure all work carried out on Hard FM tasks are carried out to required quality standards. General FM electrical duties, fault finding and BMS panel experience is preferred but not essential. Health & Safety. Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety Legislation. Assist Contract Administrator and Contract Manager in ensuring Statutory Compliance. Inspections and Maintenance Records are up to date when Tasks are completed. Ensure all accidents/incidents are reported via KMI within agreed timeframes. Assist in ensuring all Near Hits are reported in the relevant booklets. Ensure you are pro‑active in all matters regarding Health & Safety regarding the company's employees and specialist subcontractors involved in this contract. Work to the Permit To Work System for the site in compliance with the requirements of the Contract Manager and Contract Administrator. Assist in ensuring all subcontractors in site are working safely at all times. Contract Compliance & Operation. Fully understand the agreed Specification and Scope of Works. Assist Site Management team to ensure contractual compliance across the service delivery by achieving client KPI’s and SLA’s. Resolving Hard FM contractual queries, within your field and support the overall Team. Assist in ensuring complaints and service requests for Hard FM are dealt with promptly. Client Liaison.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Ensure the clients management team and Helpdesk are informed of any problems as soon as possible to ensure clients are informed of these.

* Administration.
* Assist in ensuring all Statutory Compliance and Health and Safety documentation is constantly up to date.
* Ensure your training records are up-to-date and filed.
* Keeping CAFM system up to date, with your work task progress, in addition to close support and liaison with Helpdesk.
* Helpdesk and CAFM System.
* Keeping the site CAFM system up to date at all times by ensuring all tasks are updated on PDA and closed off as quickly as possible.
* Assist in ensuring the Asset List is kept up to date on the CAFM system.
Electrician experience and able to be multi skilled to carry out other duties.
* 5 years' experience in Technical area of expertise – Electrical, Mechanical, Building Fabric.
* A time served relevant technical craft.
* Preferable technical skills, 18th Edition essential, Mechanical experience, basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills and PPM experience in various fields.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Good problem solver.
* Previous FM experience preferable.
