Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.
* Proven experience in teaching drama at the secondary level.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
Desirable:

* Ability to inspire and engage students through extracurricular activities.
