Our client is looking for a confident, capable Hospitality Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day hospitality operations in.
As Hospitality Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the guest journey, ensuring every detail reflects quality, care, and professionalism. You'll also support the General Manager and step into a site-wide leadership role when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage day-to-day hospitality operations.
* Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
* Oversee and deliver exceptional events and hospitality experiences.
* Support the General Manager in overall site leadership and performance.
* Drive innovation across food and service offerings.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in hospitality management, ideally within the Contract Catering B&I sector or a high-end Hotel F&B environment
* In-depth knowledge of hospitality principles, service standards, and guest relations.
* Calm, adaptable, solutions-focused— hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.
* Detail-oriented & standards driven with a commitment to delivering flawless service
* Inspirational leadership, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Skilled at building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
